Training objectives:
Upon completion of this training, the trainee will master all aspects of the eyelash extension technique, meticulously following each step. They will know how to respect hygiene standards, use recommended professional products, and customize styles according to each client's needs.

Method and terms
In-person:
A balanced alternation between theory and practice, allowing for progressive and effective skill acquisition. -
Prerequisites:
• Have good vision (to be checked by an ophthalmologist before training).
• Be able to work with precision.
• Be patient.
• Be able to stay focused for long hours

Teaching Resources
Tables, chairs, student manual, tutorials, videos, plastic mannequin heads, lash extension supplies, and models for lash applications.
Training duration: 14 hours - 2 days
Course evaluation
The knowledge assessment, designed to verify the acquired knowledge level, is conducted as follows:
Theoretical Evaluation: At the beginning of the second day, a theoretical test will be administered to measure the participant's understanding of the content.
Practical Evaluation: At the end of the application on the model, the instructor will conduct a detailed review, providing personalized advice to improve skills and ensure the participant is ready to offer high-quality services.

Needs Assessment:
A questionnaire will be provided to analyze the suitability of training needs with the training offered.

Placement test
A placement test will be offered to adapt the training to the intern's level of knowledge

Access time:
A minimum and non-negotiable period of 14 days between registration and access to the training applies.
