Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Terms of exercise

To exercise this right, the customer must clearly notify their decision:

• by email to: sav@rastelliparis.fr

• or via any written declaration

The customer then has an additional period of 14 days to return the product.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

• be unused, unopened

• be returned in its original intact packaging

• be complete

Any product that has been opened, used or damaged cannot be refunded.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following cannot be refunded:

• products opened for hygiene reasons

• perishable products

• products marked as non-refundable (e.g. immediate use)

5. Return costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of the returned package.

It is recommended to use tracked shipping.

6. Refund

The refund is made:

• after receipt of the product

• and verification of its condition

The refund will be made using the same payment method, within a period of up to 14 business days.

7. Cases excluded from withdrawal (LOGISTICS)

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• package not collected at a relay point or locker
• incorrect address provided by the customer
• refusal of the package without legitimate reason

In these situations:

• no refund will be issued
• the package will be returned to RASTELLI
• a new shipment may be offered, at the customer's expense
