GENERAL RULES

The original language used is French. In the event of a dispute, only the test rule and the general rule in the French version will have legal validity. Competitors will translate the rules into the language(s) of their choice.

RASTELLI COMPANY - SIRET 90992686700021 is the main organizer of the event.
The online competition is global, allowing professionals from all over the world to participate, and it is subject to the main organizer's internal regulations.

  • REGISTRATION RULES:

Registrations are made on the website: www.rastelliparis.fr and the same participant can register in both categories, and for the second edition, we will have three categories: classic (lash-by-lash), volume 3D and 4D, and lash lift.

Please ensure that your paid registration matches the email used for your submissions. No changes will be accepted after payment. Photos must be sent to the email address sav@rastelliparis.fr following the instructions on our website. If you need help understanding the rules, the registration process, the language, or any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to provide assistance and support!

When sending photos by email, write your full name and the category you are registered for in the email subject, and attach only the correct photos to match the category. We will not evaluate or choose photos for you.

Mandatory: Capture the moment for CILS CONNECT 2025! Ask your model to hold or place a note next to their face with 'CILS CONNECT 2025' to ensure this photo has not been used in a previous championship. Otherwise, the participant will be automatically disqualified if the photo is identified as being from previous submissions.

Online registration closes: August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Paris time.

Only photos received before this date and time will be accepted for evaluation. Any submission received after this date will not be considered, and the registration will be canceled without a refund.

REGISTRATION FEES:

  • One Category: €68
  • Two Categories: €120

It is crucial to note that all CILS CONNECT 2025 winners will be responsible for full payment of shipping costs for their awarded prizes if they do not attend the event on October 27 and 28, 2024. Additionally, for international winners, customs fees will also be the responsibility of the laureate. Any participant can register for the championship even if they are not registered for the congress; however, to receive the prize in person, it will be necessary to purchase an entrance ticket to the event.

⚠️ ATTENTION:

  • No refunds of competition registration fees will be issued. Competition registration fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of registration in a single category, no exchanges are allowed.

  • RULES FOR THE COMPETITION:

Use good white light to ensure optimal visibility of the attachment and the amount of glue used.

Send a maximum of 8 photos (include a description of the work, the thickness, curl, and length of the lashes used):

  1. Before, eyes closed, from the back of the model's head with patches applied to see the condition of the natural lashes;
  2. Before, eyes open, face on, while the model is seated to see the shape and entire face;
  3. After, eyes closed, from the back of the model's head, with or without patches;
  4. After, eyes open, looking directly at the full-face photo to see the symmetry of the lashes and the chosen shape for the model's face;
  5. A close-up photo of one eye to see the spacing and amount of glue applied;
  6. One showing your applied volume fan, fading with tweezers (applicable only to the volume category), a classic of your choice;
  7. A posterior photo of your choice to impress the judges.

⚠️ ATTENTION:

  • Only high-quality photos will be accepted. Photos with lash retouches, company logos, backgrounds, etc., WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Works already published in magazines, on social media, etc., will be disqualified. So take the time to create a beautiful new work.
  • In the classic and volume categories, only black and brown lashes are allowed.
  • Pre-made bouquets/fans and Y, W, or any other pre-fabricated lashes will not be accepted. If the judges conclude that the work was done with this type of product, the participant will be disqualified.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AWARDS:

    Winners will be announced at the end of the CILS CONNECT congress via a live broadcast on the event's Instagram @cilsconnect.

    All participants will have access to the detailed ranking by email.

    All participants ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will receive trophies and valuable prizes from Rastelli Paris, as well as gifts from our sponsors.

    Competitors will be informed of any changes here in the general rules.
